Bedrooms 1–4: Located within the main house.
Bedroom 5: Located in the separate garden studio. This space features a comfortable sofa bed and can also be enjoyed as a private movie room or additional retreat.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main residence, private gardens, resort-style pool, outdoor bath, entertaining areas, and separate studio.
The neighbourhood
Located in a quiet residential street in beautiful Merewether, Tosca offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Merewether Beach, ocean baths, cafés, restaurants, bars, and scenic coastal walks are all within easy walking distance.
As this is a peaceful neighbourhood, parties, events, and loud music are not permitted. If you're looking for nightlife, Newcastle offers an excellent selection of pubs, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues just minutes away.
Parking
On-street parking is available directly in front of the property. Please be considerate of our neighbours and avoid parking across neighbouring driveways or directly in front of neighbouring homes where possible.
Swimming Pool
The pool is open for swimming from the start of the NSW September School Holidays until immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays, when it is closed and winterised for the cooler months.
Please supervise children around the pool and outdoor areas at all times. We hope you enjoy this beautiful outdoor space responsibly and respectfully during your stay.
