Each beautifully appointed bedroom features a king bed, with three rooms able to be configured as twin singles upon request. Bedding Configuration
Three king beds can be converted into two king single beds with a minimum of five days' notice to allow for linen arrangements.
Linen
All linen and bath towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Beds are professionally made with quality white linen before your arrival.
Weddings & Events
Casa Sangiovese is located within La Capella Estate. While the estate is a popular wedding venue, Airbnb bookings are for accommodation only.

Outdoor Living
Relax beside your private swimming pool or enjoy long afternoons in the spacious outdoor entertaining area. The large gas BBQ and generous outdoor dining setting provide the perfect space for shared meals while overlooking the surrounding vineyard.

If you're planning a wine tour before check-in, please contact us and we'll be happy to advise where vehicles can be safely left.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary high-speed NBN Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The password can be found on the modem inside the home.

Local Vineyards & Transport
Casa Sangiovese is just minutes from many of the Hunter Valley's most celebrated wineries, restaurants, and cellar doors.
For concerts and local events, Rover Coaches offers convenient pick-up and drop-off services directly from the estate. We recommend booking transport in advance and checking schedules prior to your stay.
House Rules
- No parties, bucks or hens celebrations, or loud gatherings.
- Maximum occupancy is 12 adults.
- No external visitors without prior approval.
- No bands, DJs, or amplified speakers.
As there are other homes located on the estate, we kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful surroundings.
Other Things to Note
Fireplaces
Indoor wood fireplaces are available from the end of the NSW Easter School Holidays until the start of the NSW September School Holidays, in accordance with state fire restrictions.
We provide enough firewood, kindling, and fire starters for your first evening. If you wish to enjoy additional fires during your stay, extra firewood can be brought with you or pre-purchased through your boarding pass.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is available from the beginning of the NSW September School Holidays until immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays, when it is closed and winterised for the cooler months.
Interaction with Guests
Guests have exclusive use of the home throughout their stay.
