Two bedrooms feature a king bed (convertible to singles) with a large ensuite, while the remaining three bedrooms each feature a queen bed, complemented by an additional 2.5 bathrooms.
Ducted air-conditioning throughout, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen make Shiraz Homestead ideal for families, couples, or groups exploring the Hunter Valley.

Bedding configuration
Two king beds can be split into singles (minimum 5 days' notice required for linen arrangements).
Linen
All linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Beds are made up with crisp white linen, and bath towels are provided.
Weddings and events
The Homestead is located on the La Capella Estate Vineyard. While the estate hosts weddings and events, Airbnb bookings are for accommodation only. For wedding or event enquiries, please contact La Capella Estate directly.
Parking
Plenty of free parking is available for multiple vehicles. If you plan to do a wine tour before check-in, please ask where vehicles can be safely left.
Outdoor living
Enjoy the gas BBQ, spacious outdoor dining area, and stunning vineyard views. The private pool flows directly from the entertaining area, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind.

Complimentary NBN Wi-Fi is provided (password available on the modem).

Local vineyards and transport
Located just minutes from many of the Hunter Valley's best wineries, the Homestead is perfectly positioned for wine tasting and local events. Rover Coaches can collect guests directly from the estate for concerts and event transfers. Please check schedules with Rover Coaches in advance.
Parties and noise
Please note:
- No parties, bucks groups, loud gatherings, or external guests.
- Maximum of 10 adult guests.
- No bands or external speakers, as there are other homes on the property. We appreciate your consideration for all guests.
Fireplaces & Firewood
Indoor wood fireplaces are available from the end of the NSW Easter School Holidays until the start of the NSW September School Holidays, in accordance with state fire restrictions. We provide enough firewood, kindling, and fire starters for one evening. If you would like additional fires during your stay, we recommend bringing your own supplies or purchasing more via your boarding pass.
Swimming Pool
The pool is open for swimming from the start of the NSW September School Holidays until immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays, when it is closed and winterised for the cooler months.
